Logo Ownership Agreement

I affirm proper ownership or have secured the rights to reproduce all photos, artwork, clipart, logos, or other materials submitted for laser engraving. I understand that I must have express permission to use another's images whether it be for profit or personal use.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless FotoFx/Jack Daniel's Distillery, from any and all losses, costs, expenses, and/or damages on any account and all manner of demands, claims, actions, and proceedings that may be instituted against FotoFx/Jack Daniel's Distillery, on grounds that said engravings violate any copyright and/or any proprietary right of any person or company.

I agree to, at my own expense, promptly defend and continue the defense of any such demands, claims, actions, and proceedings that may be brought against FotoFx/Jack Daniel's Distillery, while working on my projects.
