Flat-rate pricing per barrel/batch:
We cannot engrave any Jack Daniel's trademarked logos.
Turnaround Time
Engraving is completed within a 2-week window. Please plan your drop-off and pickup dates accordingly. The pickup date must be on the 14th day after drop-off or up to two days after. If you need an extended pickup time please reach out to FotoFx.

Bottle Drop-Off Requirements
To ensure a smooth check-in process, please review the following requirements before bringing in your Personal Collection bottles for engraving:
- Bottles may not be dropped off on pallets. All bottles must be down-stacked (removed from pallets) prior to arrival. We are unable to accept engraving orders delivered on pallets.
- All boxes must be sealed before they are dropped off.
At the time of drop-off, a member of our team will:
- Perform a quality check to verify that all bottles match the designated barrel.
- Review the engraving details with you to confirm that all names, dates, and other requested information are accurate.
- Review the engraving terms and conditions and answer any questions you may have.
- Obtain your signature acknowledging and approving the engraving request before the engraving process begins.
Completing these steps helps ensure your order is accurate and allows us to provide the highest quality engraving service possible.

Please come inside to the FotoFx counter to let an employee know that you are here to drop-off. Our employees will help you offload the bottles if needed and get them inside.

Terms & Conditions
By submitting a request for engraving at the Jack Daniel Distillery, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein (the "Terms and Conditions").
In the paragraphs below, the terms "you" or "your" means the individual signing this document and the company or business he or she is signing on behalf of (if applicable); "Product" means a product or product(s) in the Jack Daniel's line; "personalize" means the act of etching, engraving or otherwise personalizing a Product; "intellectual property" means any copyright, trademark, trade name, service mark, service name, brand mark, brand name, logo, corporate name, right of publicity, Internet domain name or industrial design and any other intellectual property right recognized at law.
You will not personalize a Product with any Jack Daniel's intellectual property unless we have given our prior written permission. Our intellectual property includes (among other things): the names of the Products (including abbreviated names, such as "Jack" or "JD"); the logos and labels of any Products; the names, images and signatures of Mr. Jack Daniel and/or any of Jack Daniel's Master Distillers; images from Jack Daniel's advertising campaigns; and/or the names and/or logos of the Tennessee Squire Association or any other associations or groups Jack Daniel's may create, own or control.
You will not personalize a Product in a way that infringes third party intellectual property rights. Prohibited content includes: a company's name or logo; official military names, logos, emblems and/or insignia; the name, logo, and/or mascot of a sporting team or sporting event; the name, likeness and/or signature of an individual, including a celebrity, well-known public, or historical figure; and/or the name or logo of a musical act, band, TV show or movie.
You will not personalize a Product in a way that could damage the reputation of the Jack Daniel's brand. Prohibited content includes: words or images that encourage excessive drinking or consumption by consumers under the legal drinking age; words or images that show or encourage unlawful or irresponsible behavior; words or images that could be seen as offensive, indecent or obscene; and/or words or images that otherwise adversely affect our brand values.
You will not personalize a Product with any words, logos or phrases that could mislead consumers into believing the personalized Product is an authorized limited edition or a new Product in the Jack Daniel's family of brands.
By submitting the engraving request, you warrant that you are at least 21 years of age.
Our acceptance of an engagement request may not be construed as an endorsement of the subject matter that has been engraved, and you agree to indemnify us for any claims against us relating to the engraving.
Your agreement with us is governed by, and will be construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Tennessee.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is void or unenforceable, that particular provision will be deemed omitted from these Terms and Conditions, and these Terms and Conditions will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
Acknowledgment of Risk
While we take every precaution to ensure your bottle is engraved accurately and with the highest level of care, occasional equipment malfunctions or unforeseen errors can occur during the engraving process.
By choosing to have a bottle from a Personal Collection barrel engraved, you acknowledge and understand that if your bottle is damaged or otherwise becomes unusable during the engraving process, it cannot be replaced.
This is because each Personal Collection bottle is drawn from a specific, individually selected barrel. Per Jack Daniel's policy, bottles from different barrels cannot be substituted or mixed into a Personal Collection. As a result, we are unable to provide a replacement bottle under any circumstances.
Please be mindful with text engraving. We limit it to 20 characters per line spaces included. With that being said if you need more text we can accommodate that, but the more text you want on one line, the smaller that line of text will be.
